  Sedgeford Women’s Friendship Group

SWFG was formed in 1992 when the Women’s Institute closed. We meet to make friends with other women in the village. We have no rules, a minimum of business, and are not affiliated to any other organisation. We find speakers and demonstrators to entertain us and we go on at least one outing a year.

We welcome women of all ages in Sedgeford and the immediate neighbourhood to join us. We give £4 each for each meeting we attend, or £20 for a year’s subscription. This pays for the Village Hall and the speakers’ expenses.  Most people come to all the meetings they can, and others come to those that interest them.
